Black velvet wide brim saucer hat with shallow crown. The hat is about 12-1/2 inches across. Feathers around the hat are about 3-1/2 inches wide. Wide black velvet bow. Shallow inner cap.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good to excellent condition. Light flattening on the edge of the velvet around the crown.
