Navy straw raffia hat with white straw around the edges and around the crown with 2 loops. The hat is 14-1/2 inches wide. Made for Juniors, it's a smaller size. It could fit high on a 21 inch head with hat pin.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The white straw is aged/dirty on the underside of the brim.
