MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: stiff base, flowers in satin and velvet
LABEL: 'Milbrae Exclusives'
Stiff bodied hat with downward brim in the front, narrows in the back. Covered in satin flowers in shades of pink with some velvet petals.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition, some old glue spots within the flowers
