ERA: True vintage item from the 1900s
MEASUREMENTS: 17 inches at widest, 5 inches across each shoulder, 12 inches around inner curve, 5-6 inches wide.
MATERIAL: cotton tape lace
Handmade white cotton tape lace neckline trim for the front of a blouse or dress. Not a full collar, for front of the neck only, to be attached at shoulders by pins or sewing.
CONDITION: Very good to excellent condition. a few tiny spots and breaks in the lace.
