MEASUREMENTS: The hat is marked sz 22, that would make the hat set high on your head, requiring a pin to secure it. Would fit a 21 inch head the same way, setting high on head.

Great wide brim hat is 17-1/2 inches side to side and 16-1/2 inches front to back. It is a dark plum burgundy rayon fabric with white polka dots. Top stitching on the wide brim. Pleated fabric on the top with opening in the back with 2 fabric tails.
