Dark blue sheer hat made of strips of nylon. Wide brim and shallow crown. The hat is 16 inches across. The brim is covered in netting and there is dark blue velvet trim around the crown.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are several breaks in the netting around the edge of the brim.
