MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: straw, flowers, netting
LABEL: 'Arnold Constable New York'
Fine woven dark blue straw hat with short brim. It has small ivory flowers around the crown, covered in blue netting. Velvet bow in the back.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The netting around the flowers has several breaks in it.
