Vintage 1940s Floral Tilt Hat Black Straw Topper with Strap

Black straw topper tilt hat with strap on the back to help secure it. Pointed in the back with the back folded up. Pink and blue flowers with white Lily of the Valley flowers. Covered with black netting.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The netting has some tears but it only covered the flowers, it doesn't come over the face. White flowers are lightly aged.
