MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 23 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: wire, velvet, raffia, nylon mesh

Evening hat made of dark blue raffia woven through nylon mesh. Loops on a velvet covered wire base.
CONDITION: Excellent condition. It had a veil but it was removed due to damage.
