MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: straw raffia, nylon mesh

Little topper hat that will require a pin to secure it. The top is sheer woven nylon with spiral of raffia cord. Raffia needlepoint sides. Bow on the front with decorative button.
