Vintage Black Chiffon Wide Brim Hat, 1950s Saucer with Appliques, 14 inches wide, 21-22 inch head

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: chiffon, appliques, stiff lace base
LABEL: 'The Hecht Co.'

Wide brimmed saucer hat with shallow crown cap. The hat is a taffeta fabric on a stiff lace base. Covered with a layer of gathered black chiffon on the top and the brim. Black appliques around the brim.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There is a missing applique on the chiffon with a glue residue left behind. Some small glue marks around the other appliques.
