MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, will need a pin to secure, 14 x 14 inches wide
MATERIAL: small flowers and leaves on velvet covered wire frame and stiff net cap

14 inch wide saucer hat, covered with small ivory flowers with light pink and yellow details and dark green leaves. The underside has a cap made of stiff mesh and covered in chiffon.
CONDITION: The outside of the hat is in excellent condition. The cap is aged on the inside with a brown line across it (inside of the cap, not seen when worn) Wear around the bottom edges of the cape.
