#BL-429- XS Black dress with Floral sash tie - 35.00

Era - 1950s
Measurements - 43 inches long, fits 30 inch bust, 23 inch waist
Label - none
Fabric - linen-like rayon and voile skirt

Very cute but very small dress with full skirt and floral tie sahs attached at the waist. The bodice is the line-like rayon and the skirt is two layers of sheer fabric - the first is a cotton organdy and the top is like a voile. The under layer is shorter that the top layer. The skirt is fitted at the waist and it has a pink floral sash sewn across the front of the waist with long tails to tie on the back. Unlined, has metal zipper down the back.

Condition - Very good to excellent condition. Side seam and one shoulder seams have been repaired.

Measurements - 57 inches long, fits 33 bust, 25 waist, 42 wide at hips
Label - none
Fabric - creped polyester

Long gown, slightly fuller at the bottom. The top is strappy and there are bust darts and seam at waist. Has lining in the bodice and a nylon zipper down the back. Kind of plain, but so easy to dress up.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

#BL-555 - Black Pintuck Mexican Dress w/White Trim - $40.00

Measurements - 50 inches long, fits 36 inch bust, 28 waist, 46 wide at hips
Label - El Faros Creacions Alcapulco Mexico
Fabric - Cotton

Very nice Mexican dress in black cotton that is all pintucked in diamond grids. It has white and black woven trims around neck, waist and full sleeves. Unlined, metal zipper down the back.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Has been shortened.

#BL-771- Black Shift w/Bow and Beading - $38.00

Measurements - 36 inches long, fits 40 inch bust, 40 waist, 42 hips
Label - none
Fabric - wool and silk

Simple but cute. Black shift with vertical bust darts, skims loosely over body. There is heavy sequins and beading around the neck and up a slit on one side of the dress. There is a bow at the top of that slit. Thin lining, nylon zipper down the back.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

#V-872- Black Shift w/Bow - $25.00

Measurements - 35 inches long, fits 32 inch bust, 28 waist, 34 hips

Fabric - woven rayon

Sweet black shift with bust darts that form seams that curve towards the hips. A horizonal seam under th bust has a bow on it. Dress is unlined, metal zipper down the back.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. The dress has been taken in about 2 inches down each side.

Measurements - 38 inches long, fits 37 inch bust, 33 waist, 38 hips

Fabric - acetate crepe with chiffon sleeves

Black crepe cocktaile dress with sheer chiffon sleeves. It has fabric loops for bet at waist, but belt is missing. Loose elastic on each side of the waist. Thin acetate lining and metal zipper down the back.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

#BL-85- Black Silk Faille Dress w/Wide Fold - $55.00

Measurements - 41 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 25 waist, full hips
Label - none, looks hand sewn
Fabric - silk faille

Black silk faille dress with full skirt and V-back. Simple bodice with 3/4 length seamless sleeves. There is a wide folded section of fabric sewn onto the front of the dress, starting just above the waistline, and going down the full length of the skirt. Hook closures on the back of the dress, lined in chiffon.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

#BLACK-145- Black Pinch Pleated Bodice Dress - $36.00

Era - 1940s
Measurements - 35 inches long, fits 36 inch bust, 32 waist, 38 hips. 19 inch skirt
Label - none
Fabric - acetate crepe

Black crepe dress with diagonal sections of narrow pinch pleats on the bodice. 3/4 length sleeves, gored skirt. Has short metal zipper on the back of the neck and on the side. Unlined.

Condition - Excellent condition, BUT the skirt has been shortened to below the average 1940s length.

#BLACK-147- Black Dress w/Velvet Cuffs - $18.00

Era - 1980s
Measurements - 43 inches long, fits 40 inch bust, 29 waist, 44 hips
Label - Stuart Allen
Fabric - faille

This dress has puffed sleeves with pleated black velvet cuffs. No seam at waist, but vertical darts and open pleats give it a fitted shape. Unlined, nylon zipper down the back.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.
