It has a thick cord of velvet that runs across the front of the shoulders and midway around the back. The thick velvet ties come from out of the front of this to give the top of the coat almost a cape look. There is also a large hook under the ties and the coat has a single velvet button at the waist. The rest of the coat is loose and flowing when you walk. Has full length tapeed sleeves. White taffeta lining.

Condition - Very good to excellent condition. A few small blemmishes in the velvet but overall very nice. Has a small 1/4 inch l-shaped tear on the front above bust, and the hook is missing from under the collar (I would have replaced it, if I have one the correct size)
