1800s Victorian Embroidered Linen Child Coat Dress, with issues, 20 inch chest

MEASUREMENTS: The item is 22 inches long, 10 inches across the shoulders, 11-1/2 inch long sleeves. It is 24 inches around the chest - best suited to fit up to a 22 inch chest. 22 Inches at waist, 25 inches around hips

Beige linen coat for small girl with brown embroidered border design. The coat has large buttons down the front with embroidery on each side. Embroidery on the ends of the sleeves and around the back. Strap with button on the back. Unlined, still stiff from old starch.
CONDITION: The coat is in good condition. 2 seams on the back are strained and need to be resewn. There are scattered brown stains over the lower half of the jacket on the front and the back, and down the front side. 1/4 inch hole next to one of the pockets.
