Antique Dark Gray Wool Spats, 4 button, Leather Straps, small women's, issues

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1890's- early 1900's
MEASUREMENTS: 4-1/2 inches tall in the back. 9 inches around the top, 16-1/2 inches around the bottoms.

Pair of women's wool felt spats that are a very dark gray/black. 4 black buttons down the sides. Adjustable leather strap with buckle on the undersides. Black leather trim around the tops.

CONDITION: The spats are in good condition with issues. The wool shows wear to the surface in spots. Two narrow 1/2 inch wear spots that are close to becoming holes.
Each spat has some tiny scattered holes, one has a 1-1/2 inch hole near the top.
Wear to the bottom straps and to the leather trim around the tops.
