Antique Victorian Bonnet Black Velvet Hat, 1800s Ribbon & Beads, issues

MATERIAL: velvet, glass beads, silk ribbon, cotton lining
LABEL: none
Black cotton velvet bonnet that sets back on the head. Loops of silk ribbon on the front, line of black beads across the back of the neck with a short hat pin with beaded end. Silk matte satin ties. Brown cotton lining.

CONDITION: The hat is in good condition. It looks like something was missing from the center of the ribbon loops - like a flower of another piece of ribbon.
There is a 2 inch area where the velvet is coming out of the seam, on the top just behind the bow.
The velvet that is gathered across the front of the hat is worn bald along the edges of the gathers.
