MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure. It could fit a 22 inch head but it would set higher on the head

Golden-beige straw raffia in 1 inch wide woven strips. Cloche style with short downward brim around the sides and back and folded up in the front. Dark brown ribbon band around the hat and along the edges of the brim. Large dimensional brooch on the side of the hat with clear and gold rhinestones. Has a thin elastic strap on the back of the head. Fine netting inside of the hat
