MATERIAL: wool felt
LABEL: 'Created by Victoria, New York' and 'New York Creation' marked sz23
Dramatic sculpted black felt hat with small crown and wide folded front. Strip of felt with loops and tails over the top. Black veil around the front of the face. Thin elastic strap on the back of the head. It will require hat pins to secure it. It is marked a size 23, but the crown opening is small because the hat is meant to set high on your head.

CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition.
