Vintage 1920s DAMAGED Velvet Dress with Beads, Wedding Rhinestones and Pearls, not wearable

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 39 inches long, it will fit a 30 inch bust with room, 34 inches around hips.
MATERIAL: silk velvet
LABEL: none
The dress may have originally been white, but now it is aged and yellowed. Pullover style with a single snap under each arm on the sides. The fabric is draped across the skirt with velvet rosettes down each side with tiny faux pearls and rhinestone. Square applique n the center of the front of the skirt with white beads, rhinestones and faux pearls. Long beads and pearls strands hang from it/ The dress is unlined.

CONDITION: Poor condition, not wearable. Aside from being yellowed and browned from age, the shoulders and underarms are shattering with holes and tears. Some beads and pearls missing and a few strands of beads missing.
