Vintage 1930s Black Plush Hat with Blue Feathers, soft brim, 21 inch head

MATERIAL: plush velvety wool velour
LABEL: 'Individually styled for Mrs. C.R. Raynes, by Volk, Dallas'
Black close fitting hat made of a velvet wool velour. Soft brim is straight in the front and folded up in the back. Blue plume feathers tucked in the brim on the back. The underside of the brim which shows on the back is a flat felt which contrast against the plush velour. The feather is old but it may have been added. 

CONDITION: Excellent condition.
