Vintage 1930s Bubbles Cotton Day Dress with Little Cape, 40 bust

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1920s to early 1930s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 42 inches long, it will fit a 40 inch bust with room, 37 inch waist, 42 inches around hips. The waist fits 30 inch with the belt wrapped around the waist and tied in the back
MATERIAL: lightweight cotton
LABEL: 'Original Maxine Baynham Frocks, Hand made, fast colors, Nocona Texas'
CLEANING: hand washed
Fabulous lightweight cotton dress, pullover style with no openings. White and light blue background with bubbles i dark blue, yellow, coral and beige. Sheer blue cotton organdy trimmed in light orange around the neckline and ties on the sides of the waist also in blue organdy. I wasn't sure how the belt should be tied. It looks awkward tied in the front or on the back. I wrapped it around the waist and tied it in the back. It's tied a bit too fitted for my photos. 

Short, unlined shoulder capelette with organdy trim. The cape doesn't have a closure or time. The back of the neck of the cape has soft points of fabric.
CONDITION: The dress is in excellent condition. Super faint discolor at the front of one underarm, a few teeny-teeny brown age spots.
The cape has a few tiny browns spots on the front and on the points at the back of the neck.
