Vintage 1940s Black Lacey Straw Hat with Flowers, Hattie Carnegie

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: lacey straw on a sheer woven rayon
LABEL: 'Hattie Carnegie Inc. Original' and 'Smartwear Emma Lange Inc. Milwaukee'
Semi sheer lacey straw with sheer mesh inside of the crown. Soft crown wither gathers around it. Wire edged brim around the front that narrow to nothing in the back. There is a dark pink flower with two bunches of tiny white flowers on the front of the brim. The flowers are just pinned in place so they can be removed.

CONDITION: Excellent condition, no issues.
