Vintage 1940s Brown Fur Hat, Felt and Sheered Beaver, 22 inch head

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: felt, fur
LABEL: cut 1940s New York Creation label
Brown wool felt cap with fitted top and short brim that is folded under the front, tapers to no brim in the back. Super soft sheered beaver fur trim around the front and the sides of the hat. Two felt coils on the front of the fur. Thin acetate lining.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. Very minor wear t the fur around the bottom edge. The inner ribbon band has been cut in the front, probably to make the hat fit a larger head. The cut goes into the felt as well.
