Vintage 1940s Pleated Red Satin Gown, fits 36 bust, Evening Dress, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 55 inches long, it will fit a 36 inch bust with room, 30 inch waist, 38 inches around hips. Shoulders are 14 inches wide
MATERIAL: crepe back satin
LABEL: none
Red with an orange undertone. Shiny satin with a crepe back. Decorative fabric covered square buttons on the bodice, snaps and hooks on the side opening. The ends of the short sleeves are folded up and stitched up. The floor length skirt has accordion pleats. Matching fabric belt.

CONDITION: The dress is in good condition with some issues. The color is a little uneven with areas on the lower skirt that are lighter. There is a 1/4 inch hole midway down the skirt. A few faint spots. The belt has some wear to the fabric and light aging.
