Vintage 1940s Rayon Print Blouse & Skirt, red velvet trim, damaged top

ERA: True vintage item from the 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: The blouse is 21 inches long, it will fit a 33 inch bust with room, The shoulders are 15 inches wide, sleeves are 20 inches long.
The skirt is 33 inches long, 26 inches at the waist.
MATERIAL: rayon crepe, velvet
LABEL: none
Cream rayon crepe with brown, beige and red designs. Dark red velvet collar and cuffs. The top is fitted and should have buttons down the front. Seamless sleeves. The skirt is a slightly longer length and hat pleats in the waist, but not very full. Metal zipper down the side. Both pieces are unlined.

CONDITION: The blouse is in fair condition with obvious issues. Buttons are missing from blouse. Large brown discolor stains under the arms. Light brown discolor on the back of the blouse.
The bottom hem is cut/unsewn. Tears on each side of the waist, going up the blouse 4+ inches.
The skirt is in good condition. The hem of the skirt has been let down all of the way. There is some light discolor in the background color.
