Vintage 1950s Pink Floral Wrap House Coat Dress, Cotton Summer Robe, issues

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1940s to early 1950s
MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 47 inches long, 14 inches across the shoulders, fits 36 inch bust with room, 28 inch waist, 38 inch hips.
MATERIAL: lightweight cotton

CLEANING: soaked and hung to dry
Very lightweight pink cotton with blue flowers. A summer robe or house coat. It ties inside and wraps and buttons with open skirt below that is a little fuller around the bottom. Cuffed sleeves and large patch pockets with flaps.

CONDITION: Fair condition. There is yellowing all around the inside of the collar (has been soaked, the yellowing didn't come out totally) There is a button missing on the closure.
Some scattered little brown spots and two 1 inch lines of spots on the back. Several small holes under one arm.
1/2 inch hole at the top of one pockets. Allover light fade. Fine for super casual wear around the house.
