This appears to be a handmade dress from the 1990s. Made of a black satin with rows of long black fringe. The straps are a stretch elastic lace with rhinestones on the, The dress is pullover, it does not have any openings like a zipper to get in and out of the dress.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. Some tiny fraying on the ends of the fringe.
