MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: plush wool felt, ribbon, vinyl trim
LABEL: '22'
Fuzzy black felt hat with tall crown, shaped by inner stitches. Curled up brim with black vinyl trim on the edges. Wide ribbon trim around the crown with vinyl trim on it's edges.
CONDITION: The hat is in good condition. The vinyl trim on the edge of the brim has tiny splits in it on one side of the hat.
