Vintage Black Tulle Hat with Pink rose and Petals, 1950s Topper Hixon's

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: tulle on mesh base, flowers, plastic rhinestones
LABEL: 'Hixon's East, 710 N. Milwaukee St.'
Shallow topper hat covered in black nylon tulle over the top and gathered around the sides. There is a pin rose on the front wrapped in tulle. Shades of pink petals under the tulle on the top with a few plastic rhinestones. Thin elastic strap to hold the hat to the back of your head - it will also require a hat pin.

CONDITION: Excellent condition. A few rhinestone are loose under the tulle.
