MATERIAL: chiffon on mesh base with velvet covered wire frame

Dressy little hat with a sheer mesh covered wire frame base. Pieces of lightly blue pleated chiffon around the hat. It has a thin elastic strap for the back of the head and 2 velvet tipped hat pins to secure the hat on your head.

CONDITION: The outside of the hat is in excellent condition. The inside of the hat has some yellowish marks, maybe from glue on a previous label.
