Fun disk topper hat made of a blue plush felt base. Covered on the top with velvet leaves in shades of blue and green with a few blue and green feathers tucked in the leaves. Velvet berries and stems around the edges of the hat in shades of blue and green. It has 2 small hair combs inside to help secure the hat to your head. It must have hat pins to secure it to your head.
