Silver metal ring with some etching, Double sided with short chain attached the sets. The centers are iridescent, like Mother of Pearl with lavender enamel shapes on the tops

CONDITION: Excellent condition, unused, no issues seen. Card is lightly aged. The metal might need some cleaning.
