MATERIAL: 2 styles of straw raffia
LABEL: 'Magic Head Size, Shelbert Designs, New York'
Dark blue smooth and twisted straw raffia. Small gathered opening on the top, velvet ribbon on the front. Elastic on the back of the inner band for sizing.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The label has brown staining. The elastic on the inner band is dried out.
