One piece dress that is black and white plisse on white dotted Swiss Straps and eyelet ruffles on the shoulders, high waist band. Hearts and flower appliques on the front of the dress. 3 buttons on the back opening.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. The white dotted Swiss is lightly yellowed from age.
