16-1/2 inch wide saucer hat made of a very dark midnight blue velvet. The edges and the crown are trimmed in a dark blue matte satin. The underside of the brim is also matte satin. Fabric covered wire tabs on the underside to help hold it to your head. You will need a hat pin to secure it properly to your head.

CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition.
