White stiff mesh base covered in small white flowers with tiny touches of yellow and bright green. White velvet trim around the wide edge, ribbon inside of the edge. White netting over the flowers on the top and a green face veil.

CONDITION: Excellent condition. The green veil has a few tiny breaks
