MEASUREMENTS: The hat fits a 21 inch head, will need a hat pin to secure

Toque woven fabric with a bit of a sheen and some stiffness to it. Pleated around the sides and over the top. The hats set high on your head and it will require a hat pin to secure it.

CONDITION: The outside of the hat is in excellent condition. The inner stiff mesh lining has several holes.
