Vintage Textured Swim Cap 1950s 1960s, 21 inch head, made in Western Germany, missing strap

Off white rubber swim cap with textured surface and small stars around the edges. Has a large snap on each side for a strap to attached to.
CONDITION: Fair to good condition. Off white from age. Light brown staining over the top. Chin strap is missing.
