Dandelion Vintage Lingerie Bedjackets & Robes page 1 of 2 Bedjackets are meant to be loose fitting. The measurements that I give are not the actual bust measurement of the garment, it is the size bust that the item will fit. On bedjackets and robes, I usually allow about 4 inches for room to move. So, for example, it the description says that a bedjacket will fit a 38 inch bust, that means the garment will fit a bust that is 38 inches around the fullest part of the bust. The item itself is actually at least 4 inches bigger than 38 inches, allowing you room to move.

Era - 1950s Measurements - 52 inches long, 17 across shoulders, fits 30 inch bust, 34 waist, 54 hips Label - Tailored by Joan iris Fabric - nylon Cleaning - machine washed and dried on low temp Navy nylon wrap robe with stamped white dots. Tie on inside and buttons at waist. Collar and cuffed sleeves are trimmed with white piping. One pocket. Condition - Very good condition. One button is missing from waist. Some knucklehead (guilty) had the iron too hot and it smeared a few dots on the cuff of one sleeve.

Era - 1960s Measurements - 19 inches long, 17 inches across shoulders, fits 38 to 40 inch bust Label - nylon by Nanette Fabric - nylon Cleaning - has been machine washed and dried on gentle cycle, low temp Light blue nylon bedjacket with single pocket and ribbon tie closure. The collar has pink embroidery and sheer trim on the points. Sheer trim on the ends of the sleeves too. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

Era - 1960s Measurements - 41 inches long, fits up to 38 inch bust, 46 hips. Label - Esme, made in China Fabric - 25% silk, 75% rayon Cool shiny satin robe with wide 3/4 length sleeves and straight body. Lots of great Oriental embroidery and gold frog closures down the front. Has slits down the side and thin silk lining. Great embroidery on the back too. Condition - Excellent condition. No flaws seen.

Era - 1960s Measurements - 22 inches long, fits 34 inch bust Label - Gold Bee made in China Fabric - rayon Pretty gold rayon satin pajama top with Oriental flowers and bird embroidery on the front and the back. Has red piping on the collar, sleeves and pockets. Has fabric covered buttons down the front. Unlined. Would make a great regular shirt or jacket too. Condition - Very good condition. Has a few speckles under one arm and at back of neck.

Era - 1950s Measurements - 12 inches long Label - Vanity fair, small (light blue script) Fabric - nylon Very pretty light aqua cape made of sheer pleated nylon over another layer of sheer nylon. Ties on the front of the neckline. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

Era - 1960s Measurements - 28 inches long, 15 across shoulders, fits 36 inch bust Label - Formfit Rogers, small Fabric - nylon Black lace nylon over pale ivory nylon lining. This top has black facet cut plastuc buttons down the front. Fulllength sleeves with fitted ends. Cut just like a blouse. This was either the top to PJs or a short nightie. I think it would be nice worn as a blouse too. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Appears to be unworn.

It has sheer ivory lace across the front of shoulders and neck, with sheer peach ruffle below the lace. Small pocket. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

Has sheer white trim with embroidered blue circles on them. The trim is around the neck, down the front and on the ends of the sleeves, along with white lace. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.
