Amazing Victorian Coat, XS 1800s Long Black Wool Coat, with issues

Floor length black wool coat from the 1800s. It has black faux fur trim cuffs and down both sides. Fabric covered buttons go 3/4 of the way down the front. Fancy decorative that hooks at the front of the waist. Two angled pockets, darts on the back that open at the back of waist, making the bottom of the coat fuller. 
The wool is thick and it is fuzzy on the back. The coat is unlined except for the front edges where the buttons and button holes are. Seams are trimmed in cotton.

CONDITION: The coat is in good condition with issues. 
* Fabric is worn on the buttons, some pieces of fabric missing from buttons.
* The coat has multiple holes. Most are 1/8 to 1/4 inches in size, but there is a two+ inch hole on the lower front and another 2 inch hole on the lower back.
* The cotton lining along the buttons holes has several old repairs.
* The cotton lining inside along the buttons have several tears and repairs.
* The cotton fabric lining the back of the collar is worn with large tears and several holes, the lining is splitting along the top away from the wool fabric.
* The wool is worn along the pocket openings.
* The wool is worn all around the hem and the cotton lining inside of the hem is very worn, threadbare and torn.
