Antique Crochet Lace Trim, Victorian Remnant, Handmade 1800s

Nice Victorian handmade crochet lace on a remnant of cotton fabric, cut from either a nightgown or slip.
The piece is 42 inches around and the lace itself is 4-1/2 inches long, on about 2-1/2 inches of 2 layer cotton. Top edge is raw cut.

The piece is in very good condition. I see a break in the bottom edge of the lace. The piece has allover light aging and some brown age spots.
