ERA: True vintage item from the late 1800s to early 1900s

MEASUREMENTS: the total length is about 6 inches

Antique medal for the Order of Independant Americans, Reserve #258 Council with YAC 407 on the back of the hanging metal piece. Silk flag ribbon and two quill feathers below. Metal is unmarked

 

CONDITION: The medal is in very good condition. It is aged and tarnished, I haven't tried to clean it. The silk ribbon is also aged and has some wear and fraying in small spots.
