Long white cotton full petticoat. Fitted waist with gathers in the skirt. Sections of horizontal pleats around the lower part of the skirt. The waist has a button hole on it, missing button

CONDITION: The petticoat is in very good condition. There is a 1 inch hole on the waist where a button use to be. Some pleats have been removed around the skirt to lengthen it. This has left behind old stitch lines, some stitch lines and old creases from being in a fold for a long time. Not a bright white, lightly off white from age.
