Antique White Petticoat Skirt with Fancy Embroidery and Eyelet, Edwardian 1900s Cotton, 28 inch waist

White cotton petticoat with very fancy embroidered trim. Fitted waistband with tiny gathers in the waist of the skirt. There are 2 folds of handstitched fabric around the hip area. Second layer of cotton fabric around the lower part of the skirt. Wide inset trim with embroidery and eyelet cutouts with also has openings to run decorative ribbon through. Wide cotton with more embroidery and eyelet cutwork.

CONDITION: Very good condition. The opening has some light fraying along the edge. Needs hooks of snaps on that opening. Some faint scattered age spots.
