Dramatic Vintage Wide Brim Hat, Light Blue Feathers & Bow, Damaged, 17 inches across, 1950s STYLE

ERA: True vintage item from the 1960-80s, made to look 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 17 inches, fits 21 inch head. It will require hat pins to secure it.

This unusual hat looks like a 1970-80s straw hat that some covered with light blue cotton fabric with a lot of gathers. The crown of the hat is just fabric, there is no straw or any cap inside of the crown. The crown is shallow and sill need a pin to secure it.
Blue Marabou feathers around the end of the from and around the crib. Wide silk ribbon bow on the back of the crown.

CONDITION: The hat is in fair condition. The blue cotton is lightly aged, the silk bow is yellowed from age. The cotton fabric on the crown has brown staining which does show out from under the bow. Feathers are sheading.
