Vintage 1920s 1930s Belt and Buckle, Turquoise Glass Birds, missing rhinestones

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s to 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the full buckle is 3-1/4 inches across and up to 1 inches top to bottom. The fabric belt with the buckle would fit a 30 inch waist
MATERIAL: metal, rhinestones, porcelain?
LABEL: unmarked
2 piece hooking belt buckle on a piece of brown rayon fabric belt. Silver tone metal with tiny clear rhinestones and rectangle rhinestones. The two center pieces are cut out designs with birds. Cool to the touch they seem to be glass, maybe porcelain.
CONDITION: Good condition. There are 6 rectangle rhinestones missing and several tiny rhinestones missing too.
