Vintage 1920s Black Polka Dot Dress, Cotton Voile, fits 38 bust, late 1910s, with issues

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1910s to early 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 52 inches long, it will fit a 38 inch bust with room (42 inches around under arms) 37 inch waist, 60 inches around hips. Shoulders are 17 inches wide and sleeves are 17 inches long

Sheer black cotton dress with ivory polka dots. Slightly dropped waist, larger size. Ivory lace trim around the collar. Ruffled layers of lace inset at the neckline, lace on the ends of the 3/4 length sleeves. Pullover style with no opening, dress is sheer and unlined.

CONDITION: The dress is in good condition, but it has multiple scattered holes. There is a cluster of holes on the upper back, up to 1 inch in size. Scattered holes on both sleeves, on the front and the back of the skirt and a few holes on the bust. The seam is torn under one arm. The lace inset at the neck needs to be attached to the neck, either stitched directly or snaps need to be added. The holes would need to be stabilized for the dress to be worn, the fabric around the holes is delicate.
