Vintage 1920s Black Velvet Dress, Layered Velvet, fits 34 inch bust, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: The dress is 50 inches long, 14 inches across the shoulders, 23 inch long sleeves. It will fit a 34 inch bust with room, 34 inches around waist, about 40 inches around the hips.
MATERIAL: silk velvet

Straight black velvet dress with long sleeves that have 2 snaps on the ends, v-neck with section of small shirring on each side. 5 rows of angled velvet that is slightly gathered. The dress is pullover with no openings, unlined.
CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. It needs a thorough steaming. There are flat spots in the velvet. There are creases and and flat velvet under both arms. There are multiple tiny holes at the front of the v-neck - probably from a brook or decoration that had been pinned on the dress multiple times. There is also a large 6x5 inch velvet patch on the upper back along the arm seam.
