Vintage 1920s Black Velvet Purse with Silver Tone Floral Frame, issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1910s to 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: The purse is about 6 inch wide frame, 10 inch wide body x 8 inches plus strap/handle
MATERIAL: cotton velvet, metal
LABEL: unmarked. There is an old paper tag inside but I don't know if it's original to this purse
Soft bodied black cotton velvet purse with silver tone metal frame that has flowers on the front. Pinch closure. Hanging cotton change purse inside and flower trim around the inner edges. No lining, it may have been removed

CONDITION: Good condition, it shows aging and wear. The silver metal is all tarnished. The velvet is worn bald along the gathered fabric in the frame on the front and the back. The lining looks like it was removed. The change purse inside is made of a fabric that is aged and peeling. The metal frame on the change purse and inside of the bag is worn and tarnished.
